I have to agree with the Great Capntastic. The second pic has been around for quite sometime drawn by someone on The Something Awful forums i believe.

its actually very cool that the same idea arose twice in a similar manner if that indeed is the case...

It's the same picture, with the names changed.  The first of the two is the original (or at least original-er than the DF one), showing EVE with the learning cliff.

I feel that cliff is missing a fortress dug into it...

Ahah, I thought I saw a picture like that before, didn't know it was for DF. That's how I got my inspiration I guess.
