By default its in the upper right hand corner.

I coulda sworn it was in the lower right by default. Or at least, it used to be.

Search for "07/05/2008", you should be able to move it back with an init.

Edit: I was thinking of editing the dev_now pages and sending them to Toady so linking to a particular date would be easier, let me know Toady if you want the regex to do it or if you'd rather just be sent the file.
