How do you find those quest givers

I find it extremely hard to find the quest givers for dwarven towns, but even worse once I finish the quest I never see them again to actually finish the quest.

Another random question, when you wrestle, can you disarm people, and if you can, how?

and the last one, when you join a religion, can you even talk to the deity?

It's easier with human towns, the quest-givers are always in the mead hall.

Disarming can be done by wrestling, just grab the weapon with your hand and then press 'I'nteract, choose the weapon and yank it away from your opponent.

You can, but you shouldn't be too hopeful of getting a response.
