Can anyone make a list of tags and what they do. I would like to have a reference for things like this. It would help new modders (like me).

There are plenty of tags already on the Dwarf Fortress Wiki!

I dont have the addresses saved, but you can easily find them by searching for:
Creature Tokens
Entity Tokens
Item Tokens
etc
