It doesn't cull sites, but I wonder if that's related to the dead megabeasts that show up sometimes.  It would make sense if id numbers were being overwritten.  Are there any duplicate cave names in smaller worlds or worlds where history culling is turned off?

I generated a big world with no culling, and still got duplicate names.

   381 cave spiders
   345 bats
11: Amas Av–sh, "The Depth of Infecting", a cave
   1 bronze colossus
   3 giant bats
   449 bats
   414 cave spiders
13: Amas Av–sh, "The Depth of Infecting", a cave
   3 trolls
   292 purring maggots
   458 bats
14: Emalavuz, "Sensemined", a cave

I do recall two identically named giants...or maybe that were identically named caves with giants.
At the time I decided to see if it would happen again, before mentioning it.
There you go.

Ah, I think I've got it.  When I was adding support for multiple RNG buffers and the different seeds, it wasn't stacking the active index correctly.  It's a wonder it's working as well as it is.

I suspect this:

is also the result of this bug.

Damn great fitting names though. Or maybe they were twins?

Hm, wait. There's only one dragon in the legends. The age is named after TWO dragons, but there's only ONE?
