Becoming a Duchy

I know that you become a barony at a certain popluation level, and a county when a wealth level is reached. does anybody know what kind of stats I need to become a duchy?  Currently population:151 wealth:170,000 (approx)

I'm pretty sure becoming a dutch is also tied to the pop cap, but you seem to have more than enough - raise your wealth.  I think it has to be over 300k.  Pop cap is 140 - same as the king.

Sorry that was a typo. I didnt mean 170k, i meant 1.7 million
