The dwarf hacks at the lego troll in the head with his -plastic battle axe-!
The head flies off in an arc!

I've actually got that set. It's really cool, though they call the green baddies "trolls" instead of "goblins" or "orcs". I call 'em orcs, myself. The big tan guy's a troll in my world.

But yeah. Definitely worth picking up, especially if you're into the Castle sets.

(I tried to make an artifact hammer, and did ok, but didn't get a chance to take a picture before the parts were needed elsewhere....)

Did you then starve yourself or go berserk?

In all seriousness though, that set looks fantastic.  I may get the keychain out of respect for the dwarves.

Legos are kewl. I have some 10 million of em, an entire room devoted to the things, but no time in which to make anything neat. I have the set with the camera and the stop motion software (freaking thing doesn't work on XP,) I have the Mindstorms set (the original,) I have sets dating back all the way to the 60's inherited from my parents and uncles (on both sides,) and I have an entire crate of Mega Bloks, which suck painfully. Somehow, those stupid things manage to form a curve due to the gradual attrition of a thousand tiny defects.
I saw this set in the magazine that comes every few months and instantly thought DWAAARF FORTRESS.

No way... these guys have ramps and carts for managing their mined materials.

"Having faith" that the bridge will not fall, implies that the bridge itself isn't that trustworthy. It's not that different from "I pray that the bridge will hold my weight."
