Tarn is going to have to answer the Bay12 question.. hehe

but in any case... my battle game has been set by the wayside...
basically I am in school and i dont put a lot of time into programming..

I got though a lot with my little asteroids game but i really didnt get to any sort of release stage (though it was probibly a week off)  I got stagnated fixing some bugs and working on putting sound into it (what good is asteroids without sound?!??!?

In any case.. i still have a lot of ideas.. but i dont know when i am going to work on my stuff again..
currently the main thing i have in mind is a sort of MMORPG (massive online rpg game)

I have always had a lot of trouble with graphics.. so I have been looking into solutions where i wouldnt have to deal with graphics quite so much..
how that will go only the future can tell.

I am sorry that I let things go, but it didnt seem like there was tons of interest in a little battle game.. and every time i seem to get going a lot of school stuff comes up and crushes the idea...

Perhaps if you guys wanted to see some small stuff, I might be able to put some time into it.. but for now.. i wouldnt expect too much

What do you mean, why is it Still called Bay 12 Games?  It had always been called that, and there were never any plans to change it.  Even if Zach and Alanor (the other Bay 12 people) don't put anything out, we still have plenty of discussions about Armok and so on.  Zach hit some hard times (in a very epic sense) about a year ago, so he won't be making any projects of his own for a while.  I'll leave Alanor to speak for himself.

I have lots of little projects on my computer, but Armok is the only one worth putting on the web.  Everything else usually just ends of being a sort of sub-Armok that I use to explore various aspects of Armok game design.  If I started any other serious projects, my time would be too divided.  And you guys would yell at me.  He he he.  I have a few sci-fi games I had done quite a bit of work on, but one of them was getting too complicated (so would probably be better off as an Armok sci-fi expansion if I ever do that), and the other one was left for either Alanor or Zach to pick up if they want.

I wasent really suggesting that you guys chance your name, I was just trying to make Alanor put up his own project page finally...

Alanor, just put up a page and a sub thingie on this forum!  Even if ou dont program much it'll be alot better if we see that occasionally you put in some coding!

i have been hiding behind my inabilty to do HTML, and my hate for the automatic stuff that comes from FRONTPAGE and such..
(MAN DO THOSE PAGES HAVE BUGS!)
in any case...
maybe between Tarn and I, I will get a page togeather and he will put it up..
I will toss some of my ideas up there, and periodically mess with them..

in a way i was actually sort of waiting for someone to respond enough for me to go through the effort... i guess that time has come hehe...

Hmm...  Well, do you have any ideas for the names of your individual games?  If you dont plan on developing just one or 2 games, maybe you could just use some alliteration, like Alanors Arena..?
