Tweak utility not working

As the title said, the Tweak tool is not working. Every time I try to load it, it encounters a problem and must close. I have tried restarting the computer, Dwarf Fortress, and reinstallation of Tweak.

Do you have the absolute latest .NET?

No. Every time I get half-way through installation, an error occurs as well. Evidently, the .NET installer had not downloaded all files.
