How bout that planet in Barbarella? A city of sin built upon a lake that feeds on evil and ruled by a lesbian great tyrant and all virtues locked away in a huge labyrinth?

Don't forget to build the dining room. Half of these would result in a tantrum spiral without a dining room with as many chairs as dwarves.
