Well, it's someone who's taken at least some training in drawing anime, and who calls him/herself (I would say it's most likely a she) "RAN".

Can't tell where it's from, of course. First time I've seen them.

Actually, statistically one of those dwarves should be female.

And these must be fresh forts. Any well-off fort would have their dwarves dressed in blood, vomit and dirt.
