What makes a plant extract booze and consequently explosive?

This is from the plump helmet entry.

[DRINK:dwarven wine:5:0:0]
[DRINKVALUE:2]

These two are all you need to make booze out of it.  Replace the dwarven wine part with the name of your brew.  Not sure what the numbers afterward mean though.

As for the explosion I believe it has a either a default or a hard coded ignite and boil temp.

I'm answering because noone else did.  I know little about plants, and even less about temperature.  Someone else with more experience with them would probably be more helpful.

I think you can set the thermal properties of the booze in the raws. The wiki would have it listed.

Booze is hard-coded to be explosive, I see no raw for any kind of booze.

I think you can look at the raws to divine the syntax for these, though some of the specific temperature ones aren't used.

So does the booze blow up then??? I thought it just boils when the barrels start on fire am i missing something?
