Evil & Nuisance Civs

Does each fort have to contend with one evil civ and one nuisance civ, or is it one sieger (baby snatching optional) and one thief?  It could be interesting to have one ambusher and one baby snatcher, or one sieger and one ambusher, or some other combination.

Pretty sure it's based on the ENTITY_GROUPING and not any behaviour tokens, since you can stick AMBUSHER, BABYSNATCHER, ITEMTHIEF etc on any civ.

I did for mine.. but then also made them ENTITY_GROUPING:EVIL so that doesn't really help answer your question ;D

I believe the tags that put civs into the 'enemy' and 'thieves' categories are 'ENTITY_GROUPING:EVIL' and 'SKULKING' but I could be wrong about the second.

Notice that humans, elves, and dwarves are all siegers, and elves are ambushers.
