I'm pretty sure it can be done.  You need to toggle the flag from "alive" to "all".  Once you find the Dwarf you want to resurrect, I believe you have to set all their flags like an alive dwarf, fully heal them, and move them to a new xyz location.  

At least, I'm pretty sure that's what needs to be done.

Well yea, do the same the last person said but add the zombie tag.

Heck, I used to end fortresses resident evil style by doing stuff like that.
