Well played all.
I think this game did illustrate Hector's point that a survivor being alive is not good for town. Imp effectively killed more people than I did, despite me using the only factional kill.
In general, I was pretty lucky here. Ruined days for town was incredibly beneficial - I was mainly worried about mechanical endgames from a very early point, as town was so fragmented. Imp's argument with Hector also helped me out, as it mostly stopped him scumhunting, and of course was ultimately what kept me safe. It was a pretty passive win, but frankly, with the blender of kill abilities and vote powers, any kind of mechanical or psychological gambit was very likely to take my head off.
The daygame mechanics definitely made for a pretty unusual experience, especially with someone controlling the hammer via actions. I think in future games I'd prefer to see day abilities that activate simultaneously at the end of the day, rather than what we had here... I suspect many day resolutions were dependent on who posted an action first, which feels a little arbitrary given the different timezones. Pretty good way to evoke Soviet era paranoia, denunciations, people being whisked off, that kind of thing, though.
I did make a few notes, mostly to get my own thoughts in order. The below is mainly speculation about contradband and power usage.
N1 Musings
I still don't know if there are two wreckers, one wrecker, or no wreckers. My wincon does not exclude that last one.
I don't know if there's a fellow apparatchik or not... I'm not sure who it would be, or if I should try to signal.
Some combinations of these are impossible, perhaps, but I don't think I can rule any single one out.
Hard to tell if I should think of myself as town or mafia. Maybe town by day, SK by night.
Anyone else dying brings me closer to solving and achieving my wincon, for now.
There's something off about Hector - but it may be that he's just a bit more short tempered than normal and not reading carefully.
There's something off about animepigeon, but maybe they're just friendly and a bit more comfortable with Imp than anyone else.
CM is a mystery wrapped in an enigma wrapped in a bannana peel
I think I try to kill animepigeon. If they're a third alignment, it should be wrecker. If they're town, they may have killed CM.
But then what did town!NJW do with all this contraband? I have to keep my good name by breaking the law somehow.
Plus not dying might be useful with the vodka... but if the wreckers have the ignite as a factional, that's bad.
Ooor... could just kill Tric. Often a safe bet.
Let's try a reread.
Ok... who used the vote contraband?
Not SofaJack, not Tric unless they intentionally misled us about ability use, not CM
Probably not Hector? It would be a very smart play if they're scum
Maybe Animepigeon. Hard to say.
Maybe Imp. Quite possibly Imp. Almost definitely Imp.
I'm going to assume I can let Imp live for now. Ditto Hector, as I think I can get them killed or work with them.
I'm going to let CM live because she's quite likely to be the elim tomorrow.
I should kill AP or Tric.
I can be sure Tric will die. I can't be 100% AP will die. Both are potential liabilities and hard to manage.
I think AP might be easier to kill. Tric often looks very town and could be dangerous working with Hector.
Plus, killing AP seems like a plan I have, while killing Tric does not.
What about claims?
Lying about performing a redirect might let me wrap up the game if there are two fatalities tonight...
If there's just one, the truth coming out might screw me in endgame, unless I reach it with Surv!Imp.
So potential to control the elim with lies, and reach endgame with a survivor, giving a safe path. Maybe.
Less fancy but safer: might be smart to claim to have self-protected.
A claim I can go back on by saying I was trying to draw the nightkill.
Keeping the antivote/redirect looks dubious but it might not come up. People won't begrudge me necessarily, given D1.
Weirdly little use for all this contraband, if everything goes well. Nice that other people don't have it, I guess.
Either matches are contraband or wreckers have matches. I should ask about this tomorrow.
Ok, kill Tric, see what happens in the morning.

What the actual...
Pigeon and Imp being incredibly dubious
Something about Imp's whole "I'm very scared and don't know what's going on" thing comes across as extremely false.
Maybe it's Hector making extremely smart plays and them just walking into it every time... surely not though?
If it's Hector... I mean, I really hope not.
Hector is displaying a few things that might be considered scumtells, but I don't remember him playing this way as scum.
WHY WOULD YOU STOP ME VOTING TWICE THEN GIVE ME THE GUN? WHY CAN'T I BE A PART OF THE DAYGAME?
Ok, so CM had a double vote power? That they gave to Hector, maybe?
But then why were there two forced votes?
Surely AnimePigeon or Imp are responsible for at least the D1 forced vote.
But the second one... Does someone have a day-use vote-as-power? Can't be CM.
Could it be people coordinating two powers together? If so it's an Imp/AP kill-less scumteam...
Strange that they'd give up the gun.
Ugh. Worried about Hector, but it would be odd for *them* to give me the gun.
Unless they have some kind of Import AK-47 ability.
Imp may just be forcing votecounts to an early conclusion out of fear of dying?
I wonder who animepigeon primed. Maybe Hector. Maybe me.
Unless AP started with double-contraband, it means Imp used the gun D1 (plausible) as Tric probably blocked Hector
So then they gave it to AP, who used it to force the D2 elim onto CM.
Eh, screw it, this game is weird and thinking about it too much probably won't help.
I kill tonight, and keep the vote power and roleblock, just make sure it's a winnable situation the next day.
I don't think I want Hector dead... AP and Imp kill me, unless I'm clever with the gun power, which might be interfered with.
I think I can get Hector to vote Imp or even AP, though it's tough, because Hector's good.
I think I can get Imp or AnimePigeon to vote Hector.
I did give Hector the anti-vote power, and they likely received the prime contraband, but that's the wrong order for them to use it, and I can potentially endgame anyway.
I can't kill Hector in case I end up with an Imp/AP endgame.
I need to kill someone Hector might kill... if Imp is actually surv, scum!Hector would know this and likely keep them alive.
So I guess I kill AP. If they flip scum, Imp looks bad. If they flip town, and Imp is surv, I win? If they flip town and Imp is Wrecker, I have Hector believing Imp is solo mafia and a vote control ability that hopefully works.
In the jesus christ I really hope not how can they claim surv and look this much like mafia scenario where Imp is town, I think I can get them to kill Hector.
