Quick simple question about wrestling

I heard having higher wrestling skills makes you more able to dodge or defend against attacks, is this true?

Yes, having a higher Wrestling skill makes it more likely that you'll dodge attacks.

Which is exactly why I train my (in dwarf mode) noobie soldiers in rasslin' BEFORE they can qualify for a weapon. Not to mention they will likely get Armor User and Shield User points too!
