Migration of Embark Announcement to Entity Raws

Not necessarily the most urgent thing in the world, but it would be nice if the Embark Announcement was tied to the Entity Raws of a playable civilization. As of right now, the announcement is hard-coded, and very hard to access. Besides, it doesn't make sense that when playing in a modded file on the Premium version, and embarking as a Succubus fortress or whatever, that you get the same old "setting off from the mountainhomes" spiel. It especially doesn't make sense when playing with total conversion mods such as The Long Night! It has been bothering me for a while now.

Just a small suggestion, one which is a little inconsequential, but something I doubt would take that much effort. Thank you.

+1, seems like a neat thing to have. Plus it'd let us tailor an embark message to our liking or for particular stories too.
