I can confirm that a rash of drink cancellation/spillage along with a rash of recovering wounded are occuring together, and I'm actually playing the latest PE LNP classic pack (47.05).

This is definitely a thing and has people crying tears of joy, which is alright, but I'm getting so many drink cancellations that it's constant spam, and I'm afraid they're going to spill most of my stockpile and run out of booze.

I don't think this is drunkenness. And no, I don't have a tavern keep that's getting everyone hammered. It started right after I got a !!!24!!! dwarf migrant wave, more than doubling my pop. It doesn't make sense for everything to be going along fine, and then suddenly there's a problem as soon as the population shoots up. Everybody's constantly getting rescued and crying tears of joy and there's wine everywhere. Also some people are getting negatives from being kept from alcohol, likely because of these cancellations.

I was keeping an eye on my stockpile near the stills where all this commotion keeps occuring, found the dwarf who most recently cancelled drinking. Then found that one of the dwarves near the pile was on the way to rescue them. They rescued them with their mug of wine in-hand.

I don't know, but this is a problem and I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be this way.
