I thought it was just minecarts that disappear from view when there's anything in them, but it's jugs (with honey) too. There's no sprite for them. They have no sprite in the stocks screen either if they're filled.

Yeah, I have noticed it recently. Ironically I had to use the hide option to see them (when the option is active, all items hidden have the eye icon) in the stockpile.

Ah that's a good idea.
I was puzzled why my jug stockpile (finished goods>>tools>>set only the materials your jugs are made from, NO BINS) only had a single jug in it.
But it was full with invisible honey and royal jelly jugs. (fixed that now by making my honey stockpile (food>>animal extract>>honey/royal jelly, no barrels) take from the jug stockpile.

Heh, I just noticed that mincarts filled with crafts (finished goods) are not invisible.

Also apparently applies to minecarts full of water or lava.

Switch to ASCII Mode then, it will show you the stuff until you find a way to dump the contents of jugs and minecarts
