I trust you if you say that's how it is.. but I was thinking, if we set a steel weapon vs. copper armor, I thought in my experience it'll commonly slice straight through it? Like isn't it common that steel weapons just cut limbs no matter if you have copper armor?

Nah. Try it in the arena in 0.47.05, steel axe or sword slash vs copper armor breastplate. It simply does not work.

Excellent, I'll take your word for it, my assumptions were based on some old science then. Thanks, now I'll trust the calculations and get on with my modding.
