  When a diplomat arrives to negotiate a trade agreement the screen has lots of check boxes for certain categories.  I want to be able to select with enter and move down one with a key and select again, rinse and repeat.  How do I do this?  Once I learn how I'll be able to record a macro.

Probably, like most menus in the new interface, you can't right now.

For me the worst "offender" is the embark screen, imaging wanting to take few thousand rocks for a mega project (now that colors are nicer, hard to find some of the worst offenders to make a great wall)
