Removing tokens from an entity definition
« on: December 22, 2022, 06:54:56 am »

Hey everyone, I've been having fun exploring the potential of modding the new DF raws, but I'm struggling in a few places. For now, I want to ask if it's possible to remove a token like [PERMITTED_REACTION:RENDER_FAT] from within an entity, like [ENTITY:MOUNTAIN]. I know I can add tokens by selecting the entity, but I can't figure out how to cut existing tokens. Is it possible? I don't want to completely cut the reaction from the game, I just want to simply remove it from the entity so they can't use it.

I searched the forums here a little, and did experimenting of my own on the raws, but I haven't found something that solved it for me yet. Figured I should ask directly.

Unfortunately, the only way to do this currently is to cut the entire entity and redefine it. This sucks for compatibility, but it's all we've got at the moment.
