Bugtracker database wiped - still the correct place for reporting bugs?

Just logged into my account at http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/mantisbt/ and the database appears to be empty. Is that bug tracker still the correct place for reporting bugs?

Also it hasn't been wiped, you can still get to the issues directly, for example http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/mantisbt/view.php?id=9465 (just chose a randomish number)
