There certainly is (though I don't know it), but you might have better luck asking directly in the DFHack thread.

I believe it's as simple as finding the dwarves with that curse in their tags and removing it. Should be easy.

Besides hacks, to my knowledge, nothing can end the curse.  It might be possible with dark arts, but those are not reliable and often do great harm in one way or another.

However, the curse does not prevent its victims from living on normally most of the time.  You might be able to separate the infected from the pure, and save everyone that way.

https://docs.dfhack.org/en/stable/docs/Plugins.html?highlight=Curse#cursecheck

You can use this to figure out who has the werebeast curse.

Then, I'm not sure. Try this first:
https://docs.dfhack.org/en/stable/docs/_auto/base.html?highlight=Heal#full-heal

Might heal the curse as well, but I don't know.

Solution: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=173245.0

The relevant post:
The easiest way to remove curses (like vampirism or werecurse), or any other syndrome in my opinion is to use gui/gm-editor on the unit, get to the
syndromes/active/[ID1]/symptoms/[ID2]/flags and activate the "disabled" flag (change from false to true). The syndrome/curse will be cleared on the next tick by the game itself. I use it mostly with adventurer (damn mummy curses), but it works in fortress mode too.

If the unit has only one curse, then [ID1] and [ID2] are both 0, otherwise you may need to experiment a bit, look up the syndrome by ids to identify it - or just remove all syndromes.

So you are saying that you have a reliable way of turning dwarves into hares?

This can be used to turn useless dwarves into hare meat.
