Have mushroom tree trunks extend through the cap

Mushroom trees only drop 1 log because only their base tile is considered a "trunk". This trunk should extend up through the tree's cap, providing just a few extra logs.

There should also be tall and skinny mushroom trees, whether as a variant or a new species.
