"Hey, I run an honest establishment.  I don't think anyone here knows which Earth you would regard as "real", nor how to get there.  The DOORS are free to use by anyone, although some rules exist beyond my pay grade.  Free info, I only sell drinks to those who want to drink."

"Argh, what good are you, then? A bartender who doesn't sell any information, ha! Not like getting drunk has any utility on its own, buddy!"

One of the bodyguards chimes in.
"Have you heard of kaiju, sir?"

A familiar looking bloke enters, this time wearing the uniform of a General.  Complete with sash and metals!

[Iris]

(PTW for now. I'll enter as soon as I actually come up with a probably female knowing me character.)

"Order something already!"

[SCREE]

Earl Grey, destitute moustach-twirling noble, slinks up to the bar with all the cultured grace of a fresh oil spill. He runs a gloved finger across the bar, looks at it and grimaces.

"One Whiskey!", comes his boastful nasally voice, "I am celebrating. My Hunters have gone uncontested for two months! The Queen's bird is as good as mine! There's not a single other hunter on the street, we barely have to try." He wheezed.

"One Whiskey coming up!"
The bartender pours a Whiskey into a short glass, and hands it to you.

[Iris]

A woman, light-skinned but with wavy caramel-brown hair, rather violently installs herself on a barstool. She wears a well-used yet hardwearing leather jacket, a wide-brimmed sunhat, and a lever-action rifle slung over her shoulder.

"Planter's punch if you have it, and a Cuba Libre if you don't."

Her accent sounds unfamiliar. British, maybe? But the voice is too deep and rough for that.

The bartender looks around.

"Let me see, I have Lime Juice, and Fatso got me some sugar cane juice last week, but to do this right we need Jamaican Rum..."

The bartender pushes a button.  A few seconds later, another door opens, and a familiar face with Dreadlocks appears!

Yo mon, I got you da Jamaican Rum from Planet Jamaica.

"Thanks, you're my favorite Jack. On the house."
The bartender hands a cold can of Victoria's Own to our Rasta Hero, who sits down and starts drinking.

mix mix mix...

"Here ya go, the best Planter's Punch that we got!"

The bartender hands you one Planter's Punch.

(probably gonna use coloured text for speech because it's easier)

"Thank you," she says, seemingly entirely unphased by the appearance of Jamaican Jack. She takes a huge swig of her glass at once and places it on the counter with care that seems incongruous with the rest of her manner.

"Get many visitors here, do you?"

"It was slow for a while, but things seem to be picking up."
