Eh, I was bored and wanted to work on something.

Now Mamobo can do a lot of moderation functions, and I've started factoring the code a bit better so that it can perform updates at a consistent rate. Now that it can read PMs, I can start adding in features to watch threads or parse commands and let it update with vote counts or lurkertrackers on a schedule. I haven't used the "watch thread" functionality of the forum, but I'll have to give it a try.
