Is this a bug or do I havw something wrong.
I have the newest version of lazy newb pack (as of a few weeks ago).
everytime I go into the menu and come back to the fortress viewer, the screen is black, and the only way to fix it, is to zoom in or out.

having it too when traders show up and the traderequest dialogue is over. esc esc fixes it too.

Same for me.. has been bugging me for over a year. I have searched all over for possible answers but I cant find any. Almost makes the game unplayable for me. Almost..

I get this too on the LNP. I just tap ESC once or twice, and the screen comes back.

What works better is to alt-tab out of the game and back in. I cant remember I have had to do it this way more then once. Yeah tapping escape works. But sometimes I have to press escape and back many times. Sometimes even 5 times is not enough.  But I really wish someone had a solution to this.

If you post in the Lazy newb pack thread, the creator of the pack is more likely to see it (through an alert or whatever).

Try playing without the newb pack. Likely whatever's causing the issue isn't something you actually need.
