Having trouble finding the right temple in Adventure Mode
« on: July 05, 2020, 06:49:41 am »

In the latest set of updates the wiki says temple curses have changed so that only toppling statues to gods which you actually believe in will do anything, though I'm having a lot of trouble finding any. Any tips? I only worship one god so It's incredibly difficult to find the specific temple..

1. With DFHack, do an open legends, then export legends, then use die to close the game to avoid corruption.
2. Load the legends data into Legends Viewer.
3. Go to Infrastructure, Structures, and filter for temples. There you have all the temples in the world.
4. From the temple page you can find the religion and the leadership. From the leadership you can probably infer the deity.

Thanks, this helped so much. Really appreciate it, never thought of using legends export.

If all you need is a curse, you can just find a die belonging to any god and roll it again after being warned not to.
