How do I use the help menu

I hit Up and Down to navigate the help menu and nothing happened. I tried it with and without num lock. I also tried W and S. How do I move through the help menu lol game

+ and - move you down and up
Enter will select the topic
Esc will go back

It's easier on the keypad, and don't forget on the regular keyboard you need to shift for +.
