I have world with ruin of dwarf fortress with both tavern, library and temple. There are some religious current residents, so you may need embark with weapons. Fort stockpiles have a lot of gremlin and troll leather goods. Neighbors are not so good, just goblins, but this is goblins who not war with a half of dwarven civs, so they may trade around all year, but if you mod them or their beak dogs.
