Rather amusing bug with the framing system
« on: February 08, 2020, 04:05:05 pm »

"In the late autumn of 123, Ast Puzzledlenses was wrongfully convicted of treason by the Cudgel of Thinning after Ineth Palacesplash fooled Ast Puzzledlenses with fabricated evidence at the behest of Oddom and sentenced to death".

Anyone else had issues with law officials being fooled into convicting...themselves? Want to make sure it's not just me before I report it as a bug.

It's actually pretty terrifying to think about having all of your fat melt off into grease because you started sweating too much.

I don't know if it is a bug, but the message doesn't indicate that he believed the evidence or convicted himself. Just that he was fooled and the group convicted him.

Some dwarf runs up and says "Hey Ast, we found this bloody knife under the body."
Ast looks oddly at the knife and then looks to the empty knife sheath at his hip.
Several dwarfs glance to each other and then focus on Ast with suspicion.

There is something to be said about, if the stakes are as high, maybe reconsider your certitudes. One has to be aggressively allistic to feel entitled to be able to trust. But it won't happen to me, my bit doesn't count etc etc... Just saying, after my recent experiences I couldn't trust the public if I wanted to. People got their risk assessment neurons rotten and replaced with game theory. Folks walk around like fat turkeys taunting the world to slaughter them.
