I think you forgot to subtract the five (5) food for settlement last turn, So I have updated my stockpile numbers to reflect that. You also forgot to subtract the one (1) fuel for production, unless the settled station also produced one in the same turn as settlement.  It that is incorrect for some reason let me know.

Fuel is used to continue powering food production in Varshavskaya. Even as the citizens of the Alliance mourn, the endless whirr of the harvesting machines continues, uncaring.

Spartan-2 marches east to avenge the fallen. Those who killed the brave rangers of the Alliance must pay for their crimes. Charge, brothers! AVENGE THOSE WHO HAVE FALLEN!

Our so-called neighbours have ignored our pleas for trade. They grow fat while we languish in abject misery. This injustice must end!

Spend 5 food to expand into Teatral'naya.

Send the armoured car to Tretyakovskaya-1 followed by the solider from Ploschad, then the soldier from Teatral'naya. Fight with the armoured car first, then the soldier from Ploschad, then the soldier from Teatralnaya and keep fighting until the station is captured.

Then, if not destroyed, send the car and then the one soldier who has moves remaining to capture Tretyakovska-2, attacking with the car first if possible.

Of everything goes well, all four stations should then be joined up and nothing razed. If I have mistaken this mechanically despite having sought clarification, please PM me and I'll redo my turn.

Uncle Urban was barely through decontamination when the alarms went off. Screams at the gates of Tretyakovskaya-1 were replaced with gunshots...then more and then the unmistakeable sound of a firefight.

"What on earth is going on?"

"Commandante Urban, its the Anarchists!"

"The fucking what now?"

"Neomakhnovia sir, they are attacking us!"

"What by God..." that made no sense, they had agreements with Neomakhnovia, they wanted to trade! What the hell was-

With the thought not quite finished an armored railcar exploded through the barricades of the Teatralanaya gates...

"Tuchanka-1 here, we took down their defenses, the station is ours."

Indeed they had. some stubborn soldiers had tried to suicide bomb the railcar with hand grenades but failed...barely. The indiscriminate fire of the Makhnovians had left not only defenders but also civilians dead...but it did not matter Tretrakovskaya-1 was now rightful territory of Neomakhnovia.

"Understood Tuchanka, proceed to target beta."

The Driver of the Tank sighed as he took in the flooded station...he hoped that the eggheads back at ploshad revolutsii had done their job properly and water-proofed this or their advance would end right here and right now...

Uncle Urban was running for his life...the fire had stopped but he was sure not because his men had won. There had been too few to deal with a tank...his Niece was strapped to his back, unconscious...the bump from his pistol slowly swelling on her head. He couldn't leave her to them, she needed to lead them and if that meant knocking her KO and dragging her along that was what he was going to do...he only hoped that the Rangers at Tretya-2 were ready for the madness that was coming...

The fighting had been harsh, but ultimately futile. The result had been clear from the moment Tuchanka just plowed through the meagre barricades, shrugging off grenade hits and RPD fire. The Rangers had soon surrendered, along with the Leader of the Swampers and the Old Man leading their military. They had all been arrayed in a kneeling row against a wall...it would be up to the Party Leadership to determine what was to be done with these Hicks...

As per earlier communiques, I'm happy to take Kurskya-2 in the near future so we could be trading neighbours. Do you wish to maintain Marksistskaya as a neutral station between us?

War is hell, of course, but we try to be fair in victory. This expropriation wasn't an act of revenge but fatal necessity. Our people were doomed to languishing in the dark and predation by the mutants and worse. We treat the civilians as well as we can: the food and bounty is always shared equally in Neomakhnovia. Freedom is our watchword, and those that can't live among us may leave.

We respect the resourcefulness and the bold exploring ways of the Swampers and we recruit and re-equip all those that would join our federation. Produce x1 Ranger: -1 Food, -1 Filter, -1 Gun, -1 Bullet in Tretyakovskay-1.

Finding the nearby emptied out bandit camp with starving ex-slaves, Neomakhnovia sends a much needed gift of food and invites them into the federation. The Swampers did a good job saving them from bandits, and together we will finish the job by bringing much needed foodstuffs. Expand to Novokuznetskaya: -5 food

Station a soldier in Tretyakovskoya-2.

Return a soldier to Ploshad-Revolutsii.

Send the armoured car Tuchanka-1 to explore Kitay-Gorod-1. If there's anything dangerous there retreat at first opportunity. Either way, if it survives, send it back to Okytabr'skaya-1, and then retreat back home to Tretyakovskay-1.
