Like the title says, deer/elk/moose man cant use their Antlers to fight but they definetly should be able like their real life animal counterparts.

Absolutely sure about that?
Deer have a horn attack which should carry over to animal people (non-animal people, like minotaurs get to use their horns for example). If it's not carrying over, due to something weird about the animal person process  it"s better off reported as a bug.
