how can i get a profile Picture?

I put the link but and press the save changes thing,but then it won´t appear,am i doing something wrong?

I had a similar problem, try putting the image to an image hosting site like thinimg.com

If you're using imgur, the URL needs to be http:// not https://

For some reason the secure link will not display on these forums.

It's a browser security feature.  Most browsers won't load HTTPS content if the website itself is just HTTP now, or vice-versa.
