Siege weapons in invasions: types suggestion

When invading armies bring siege weapons, there should be a variety of options such as moving ballistas and catapults to impale defenders or destroy structures and constructions, one-or-two-square vehicles such as battering rams for doors and repeating crossbows, and carried one-square items such as magical bombs, traps that deploy against the defender, and necromantic gas canisters. If these things prove difficult to handle, there can be an option in worldgen to disable them or exist in a history without their technology. What are some other siege weapons an army with DF technology would bring?
