Equip Legendary rings?

made a legendary ring a month ago (in game)... still sitting in a stockpile... what gives?

Dwarves will only claim crafts when they're storing them in stockpile (and they like it after they've done hauling it).

But I'm not sure artifacts will get claimed. Even if they will, your fort will benefit more if you place it on display or a pedastal somewhere dwarves pass by, as then it'll make more people happy.
