Workhorse

The workhorse is a 4-legged armored troop carrier. With a heavily shielded cab, the body is a simple rectangle. The back of the vehicle is either an empty cargo compartment with no armor and a lift gate or an armored troop carrier compartment with full rear drop gate.

The innovation in this vehicle beyond the legs is the ability to kneel down to normal truckbed height, allowing easier loading and unloading.

A third variant mounts a tank Cannon and machinegun on the back of the walker.

I still note we do not have plastic. Plastic is a godsend for aircraft, and we don't have it.

The Cinicula
The Cinicula is a armored transport making use of four legs to hold up it's transport area, with a cockpit area for driving. It makes use of 2 machine guns on the upper sides, with armored plates for defense. It's movements are mostly preset to allow some automated movement, but can be controlled from the cockpit for more detailed tasks and climbing uneven terrain or more muddy zones. It also has an extendable ramp in the back to allow troops and smaller vehicles like trucks to enter, and for carrying supplies. It's also powered by an oil engine, obviously.

As for what the inspiration was, it was from one researcher's fever dream, of an insect that grew to enormous sizes. As such, this design can be up-sized in the future with little effort.

Plastic- A Mad Rush for Progress
With time, every Baron wants to be the first to revolutionize their new country. As agreed upon, they would look into their country's natural resource, Oil. Crude Oil has a number of ways to refine it. However, it's only recently that Mapan, a baron, has had one of their scientists find something.

By deriving a certain material from refining Crude Oil, called naphtha. That alone isn't enough though. This naphtha then needs to be cracked into another form, ethylene.

At this point, the Baron was considering firing them.. Perhaps out of a tank. Everyone who was anyone knew that. It was part of how Gasoline was made.

Aw, but the true genius was capturing the propylene that came from that cracking. By mixing them back together, we are able to create something of good strength, stronger than wood, but lighter. Not only that, but we can set it, meaning we can use it to reduce the cost of most of our vehicles. There are even theories of a new type of Zeppelin which is far more durable using it's light weight.

At this point, Mapon asked to be shown. Afterward, he promoted the researcher and brought the sample data and samples to be shown to the other barons.

Effectively, Plastic is strong and durable, while being lighter than steel or iron. While not as strong, it often won't have to be, as it is amazing hard to get through when properly treated. Now that we have the process, we can expect great things in the future using this material.

Mopon was pleased, quite pleased indeed. As such, they have gone ahead and established a plastic plant, reducing the cost of anything that uses, or would use, plastic.
This does not have a cost associated with it.

It's been said you have to walk before you can run, but hey, at least we are no longer crawling.
The Cinicula was probably a bit bigger in the researchers dream, but this one...isn't. The cockpit is hilariously cramped, so we had to find some jockies who would be willing to opperate it. As for the cargo area, only about six passengers can squeeze in with all their gear. While the ramp works fine, the hydrolics holding everything up are incredibly weak, meaning the body is usually inches off the ground when fully loaded. Despite its flaws, the weapons and armor manage to fit, and the walking mechanism works very well.
While it isn't much bigger than our tank, the issues with scaling and complex walking mechanics mean the Cinicula is [Very Expensive]

It is now the revision phase! You have two revisions available to you. In addition to that, you have a bonus revision that can be used to modify your uniform and make them more to your liking. You are now tasked with setting the atmosphere of your capital city. Be aware, this is still part of the lore contest, so creativity will be taken into consideration!

Plasticell Zeppelin Model

Plasticells are simply made. You take a balloon that has already been inflated, then spray the outside surface with hot plastic using a nozzle, expelled with a connected nitrogen gas tank. This plastic hardens and conforms to the material, as well as slightly expanding. After enough has been applied, you now have an area that can be depressurized, creating a lightweight cell for zeppelins to use. After that, the Plasticells go into a Zeppelin.

The Zepplin, meanwhile, has undergone a bit of a change. Plastic is formed into the bars and structure, mixed with steel as needed to hold the gondola sections. The Plastic is lightwieght, and has the normal skin stretched over it, before light layers of plastic is applied to the skin through spraying evenly. This ensures that the structure will not be popped by bullets, and robs any that do hit of quite a bit of force, which means taking it down is no longer so easy. The Skin at this point is merely a decoration, no longer needed as the plastic has merged with the structure itself, and is self-supporting.

After that, we just need to do the piping and enginework as normal. This means the new Plasticell Zeppelin can carry more than before, and is next to impssoible to take down with bullets alone. Being able to repair holes mid-flight in the shell is also a plus.

The only real thing we need is the sprayer for now, a tank of hot plastic that is expelled with nitrogen through a pipe nozzle. Though we do need to replace the pipe nozzle part somewhat often, it's made of plastic anyway.
