Howdy!

2 things

1 I found a curved maul. how is this different to a thin maul or a vanilla maul?

2 I modded in a new creature called a COMMON_GIANT (an intelligent large roaming non power/megabeast tagged mountain giant)
   a) Will this Maul be a toothpick on him
   b) can some Anon dodge me up the Raws for a club made from a whole tree trunk?

     i) extra credit for a variation where the roots have grown around a boulder?
ia) Armok's Blessing: its a Gold Boulder.
ib) there is a beehive inside the tree and they sting my enemys

As for the "curved" modifier: "Since they retain the properties of their base items, these weapons should be as usable as a standard weapon of the base type."

Basically, I think it's a regular maul.   :P

As for modeling an item with the dimensions and substance of a tree trunk, I can't even come close to helping. For a taste of how complicated it might be, refer to the wiki's page on material science,  and the bottom part of that weapon page I linked above.
