A new year. A new dawn as the sun begins to shine on a world of many discrete possibilities. One of them is victory. How will we stun when so many are already sufficiently impressed? Maybe we will be able to reach the stars or maybe the stars are too close as we rocket into 'n' dimensions.
I can tell you one thing. Dwarf Fortress is your ticket home from the wilderness of mediocrity and crushed dreams. You thought the game was too easy? Maybe you should try the up and coming release where a cruel world of random tragedy is made worse by a wicked mastermind plotting your destruction with deliberate malice. Just like we are doing to all the recreational time you thought you had.

Fun with Numbers
Wow, that was a great year! We're going to continue on with villains into 2019, finishing their world generation schemes, then carrying that framework forward into play, which involves more movement but uses the same data structures. Then we'll zoom into the closest perspective, ironing out details of implementation with adventure mode scheming and investigation. This gets us ready for the trickiest part, which is getting it to all work in the tumult of the fort, which will be a target and also an actor in the world.
