This isn't exactly the right subforum to ask this, but I'll answer your question anyway.
First, you need an image hosting site of some kind. I'd recommend imgur since it's free, although it does delete ancient images.

Spoiler: I almost always spoiler images because large ones tend to stretch pages. (click to show/hide)

From imgur, you click the new post button in the upper left corner of the site, Then you simply drag and drop the image you want to add.

Mouse over the image you just uploaded on the site and click copy, which will put the image URL into your clipboard.

From there, go back to the forums to where you want to post.
Either click the 'Insert Image' Button or type out [img_] [/img_] with the underscores removed.
Paste into the tags the image URL, Then slap whatever file type the image is on the end. (.png for pngs, .jpg for jpgs, etc.)
You should have something looking like this now: [img_]//blahblahimgur11223.png[/img_] Delete the underscores and when you click preview, you'll have the image.
