How do I make Merpeople live in neutral oceans
« on: September 19, 2018, 03:40:03 pm »

So, I read merpeople only live in "good" aligned oceanic biomes. I see in the files that they have the [GOOD] tag. Can I make it so they can live in both good and neutral oceans? Or, do I have to remove the "good" tag to get them to show up in neutral oceans, though stopping them from appearing in good ones?

Just remove GOOD, they'll show up in ANY ocean

Ah, okey dokey. So "good" or "evil" limits critters to either of those areas, whereas, there is not tag for neutral, as any critter without the dual distinction just travels anywhere. Thanks! Now, on to a similar distinction, what about "savage," like the giant critters. I assume removing that would allow giant versions of animals to appear outside of Untamed Wilds?

Yes, I think you can tack all three tags to have them show only in non-natural areas [GOOD][EVIL][SAVAGE] but omitting it gives them the chance to show up in their given biomes regardless of alignment.
