Here is an obituary on the Guardian. https://www.theguardian.com/news/2007/may/26/guardianobituaries.artsobituaries

As the format of pinterest is inconvenient at times and on cellualr software they require a login, I am posting a relevant inquiry into a search engine which traces many groups of his works on Pinterest. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Angus+McBride+site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.pinterest.com&t=h_&iax=images&ia=images

His Tolkien illustrations are first-rate, massively inspiring D&D artwork.
His works cover much of history from cowboys to samurai, and he really shines in interpreting ancient custom.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I hadn't found any topic on a forum-wide search so I needed to place him here so that others will be welcome to his works.

This is a very weird thread, and why would anyone want to do anything involving pinterest? I specifically customized my own search engine line for my firefox address bar to use a non-safesearch duckduckgo which automatically adds "AND -site:*pinterest.*" to all of my searches as a default because various engines don't like giving you that control anymore and fuck that entire chunk of the internet.

Yeah, it's one I saw on the first page of inquiry. It is an endearing representation.

The creative projects forum said to put others' work in general discussion. I think knowing about Angus McBride is important if one likes anything of role-playing.
