What category is FB's corpse in

I wanna butcher the FB's corpse but it seems there's no way to butcher it unless I put it in one stockpile first. But I don't want to pick up other corpse.

You only need to put it in a stockpile if it is far from the butcher's.

Forbid the other corpses (use Stocks menu). Then, create the refuse stockpile to move the corpse near the butcher's, or build a butcher workshop adjacent to the FB corpse and add the butcher order.

Yeah, FB's corpses are heavy so if I don't have, for some reason, wheelbarrowed refuse piles set up for it I forbid the corpse, build butcher next to it, place refuse stockpile set to take from links only right under fb corpse and link it to the butcher.
