Heirlooms be or not.

Just a curious question: when artifact are created will they always be claimed by the creator as an heirloom, or is this just exaggerated behaviour right now that will be toned down?

They are not always claimed. Maybe 2/3 are claimed by the creator and 1/3 are offered to the fort. Just an estimate...
