Me too!  When the fort was new they danced constantly.  Then they got too busy to dance much.  Then one time, a forgotten beast showed up, so I locked them in the fort - and they started dancing.  One time I tried to force them to dance - I couldn't do it.  I spent months of their lives and a couple of attempts at forcing them to dance, and it didn't work.  This just happened.  Maybe they only dance when they are in a good mood?
