Tech books (Linux, Bitcoin...)
« on: July 05, 2018, 02:33:18 pm »

I have been using Linux for a decade or more, but e.g. still don't have a clue about why it's structured as it is or what all the separate directories are all about. I'm looking for book recommendations on Linux from an engineering perspective.

I would also be interested in understanding Bitcoin, without going into the specific details covering its exact implementation that would be covered in peer reviewed articles.

Have you read any or do you know any? Is there a "gold standard"?
