In the Seattle area, anyone renting?

Hey everyone! Looking for a sublet in the Seattle area, my wife, my cat and myself. Can afford up to $1500 a month, any help would be great! Currently in a motel and it's $2800 a month. Beacon Hill area would be outstanding, but this motel is murdering us. Thanks!
