Well, I played with it for a while, but in the end I still found it too limiting. Now I decided to run with an excel spreadsheet, with conditional formatting. It gives me all the flexibility I want, and I get to keep and analyse my own data.

I'm still using this thing. It's less about motivation and more about me having ADHD and forgetting to do stuffs, though, and I'm integrating Trello and Wunderlist into my routine so much I could probably just switch to them exclusively.

Trello is useful, but more so if you read up on how the Kanban system that inspired it is meant to work.
