The picture formats are all PNG, which I don't have an editor for.  So I need to make BMPs and then convert them.

On the bright side, I have mostly figured out how to model crack addiction with the RPG maker events, so that once you take crack you'll need to keep taking it to survive, unless you go to a clinic and get cleaned up.  I'll have to see if it works when I get home.
